Privacy policy

Who is responsible

TableCAD is offered by Red Rock Research, LLC, in Draper, Utah, USA. For questions about information handled by TableCAD, email Contact@TableCAD.com.

This policy covers the TableCAD Windows application, this website, and communications with TableCAD support. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies.

The Windows app collects no data

The TableCAD Windows application does not collect any data. It does not send drawings, project files, usage telemetry, or personal information to TableCAD.

This is separate from information you provide when buying software or emailing support. If you choose to send a project file to support, that file becomes part of your support communication.

Website requests and external resources

Visiting the website sends ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and requested URL, to the website’s hosting infrastructure. The checkout API records request method, path, response status, and operational errors. It uses client IP addresses for short-term request limits to reduce abuse.

The published website may use hosting-provided analytics when enabled. The site sends tier-selection, checkout-handoff, and checkout-error events with the selected tier and price to the available analytics tracker. These events do not include your email address, payment-card details, or drawing files. Hosting-provided analytics may also record page visits and technical visit information. This is separate from the Windows app, which collects no data.

Essential cookies support Free download access and administrator sign-in. Whop has its own cookies and policies after you leave this website. You can manage cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent download access or sign-in.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to retrieve them. Google receives connection information for those requests. See Google’s privacy policy. Following manufacturer, documentation, or other external links also sends your browser to a separate service.

Maker Library examples may use YouTube, Vimeo, or a separate video-file host. Their players and video files load only after you press Play. Playing a video or opening its original link sends your browser to that provider, which may receive connection information and process data under its own privacy policy. YouTube examples use its privacy-enhanced player; this does not prevent all provider data processing.

Free download access and administration

If you request the Free installer, the website stores your submitted email address, request times, and whether you opened a valid access link. It also stores access-link verification records to grant access and prevent abuse. Your email is used for download access and support, not newsletter signup.

Resend receives the recipient email address and access-email content to deliver your transactional link from Download@TableCAD.com. The link expires after 24 hours. Opening a valid link sets an essential, browser-restricted access cookie that expires with the link. Link expiration does not automatically delete your email request record.

Clerk handles administrator authentication and related account/session information; public visitors do not need an administrator account to read these policies. The website’s hosting, database, and file-storage providers hold installer files and download-request records. Authorized installer administrators can review download request records to administer access and provide support.

Hosted Whop checkout

Payment takes place on Whop’s website, not in a TableCAD payment form. Whop and its payment providers handle checkout, account, billing, and payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. TableCAD does not collect or store your card number or card security code.

The TableCAD website asks Whop to create a checkout link for the software offer, with a return URL and product/source labels. That request does not require you to enter your name, email address, or payment details on this site.

Order information available to the seller through Whop, or supplied by you in a receipt, may include your purchase email, order identifier, purchased product, payment status, and refund details. These details help locate orders and respond to purchase, delivery, and refund questions. Returning from Whop is not proof of a successful payment.

Review the policies provided on Whop’s website before completing checkout. Requests about information held by Whop should also be directed to Whop.

Support and refund communications

When you email Contact@TableCAD.com, your email address, message, and any attachments or receipt details are handled by TableCAD and the email services used to send and receive the correspondence. This information is used to respond to your request, identify your order, and handle support or refunds.

Do not email card details, passwords, or other sensitive information. Send only the files and order details needed for your request.

Retention and privacy requests

You may email Contact@TableCAD.com to ask what information TableCAD holds about you, request access, correction, or deletion, or ask how long particular records are kept. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law; some transaction records may need to be retained for tax, accounting, dispute, or other legal requirements.

No fixed retention period or deletion deadline is promised by this policy. Third-party providers apply their own retention policies to information they hold.

Changes to this policy

Changes to these practices will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Contact TableCAD if you have questions about a change or the handling of your information.

Software license terms

Seller and product

These terms describe the TableCAD software license offered by Red Rock Research, LLC, in Draper, Utah, USA. Review them before purchasing or using the software. For purchase or license questions, email Contact@TableCAD.com.

TableCAD is independent Windows CAD/CAM software for drawing parts, preparing cut paths, and exporting G-code for supported plasma tables. It is not a plasma table, machine controller, or manufacturer service.

Your current-version license

A paid TableCAD purchase provides a one-time lifetime license for the current version purchased, with no subscription or recurring renewal fee. The license permits use of that software version; it does not transfer ownership of the software itself.

The license is non-transferable and may not be resold. You may not transfer the license to another person or business or sell it on to someone else.

A lifetime current-version license is not a promise of lifetime support or access to all future versions. These terms do not promise future major versions, updates, or a particular support service. Check any express commitments in the offer at purchase, and ask Contact@TableCAD.com before buying if these affect your decision.

For questions about use by multiple people or on multiple computers, commercial use, or backup copies, ask Contact@TableCAD.com before purchasing. These terms do not set an unconfirmed user or device allowance.

Price, checkout, and delivery

The applicable one-time price and any taxes are shown before payment in hosted Whop checkout. Whop provides the checkout and purchase-account service; its own terms apply to that service. TableCAD does not collect or store card details.

Returning to the TableCAD website after checkout does not confirm payment. Check your Whop receipt or purchase account for order status.

Automatic downloads and license delivery for paid tiers are not set up yet. Contact Contact@TableCAD.com for delivery details before purchasing, or for help with a paid order. The separate Free installer request provides Free download access only; it does not verify a paid purchase or issue a paid license.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund of the price you paid. You do not need to prove the software is defective.

Email Contact@TableCAD.com within that period with your order number or purchase receipt and the email address used for purchase. See the refund policy for the full guarantee.

After a refund, the refunded license ends and you must stop using the software under that license. This requirement does not add a condition to your eligibility for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Machine use and third-party materials

Review drawings, toolpaths, machine settings, and exported G-code before running a machine. Follow the machine manufacturer’s instructions and safety procedures. A compatibility reference is not a promise that every model or controller configuration has been tested.

Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. TableCAD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those manufacturers. Third-party projects and files remain subject to their creators’ licenses; buying TableCAD does not grant rights to someone else’s designs.

Utah law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, subject to mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms or the refund policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions about your license or these terms can be sent to Contact@TableCAD.com. Any revisions will appear here with an updated effective date; this page does not promise changes to an existing purchase’s agreed rights.
